Most popular clothing and footwear brands in the U.S. Q4 2024

According to a survey run during the fourth quarter of 2024, Levi's is the joint most popular clothing brand in the United States, Hanes followed closely behind, with a score over 75 percent, followed by Adidas. 

U.S. apparel market

The U.S. apparel market was the largest of any country in 2024, generating revenues of approximately 360 billion U.S. dollars. This was slightly more than that of China. The apparel market in these two countries eclipsed that of all other countries. India came in third place with an apparel market worth just over 105 billion dollars. 

Levi Strauss & Co. sales

The popularity of Levi’s jeans is reflected in the net sales of the company, which reached their highest ever level in the fiscal year 2023, at roughly 6.18 billion U.S. dollars. This was a marginal increase on the previous year, which had also seen high sales figures. These sales predominantly came in the United States, but Levi’s sales in Europe and Asia were not inconsiderable, at 1.58 billion and 1.06 billion, respectively.
