The number of people using internet banking in Czechia grew in 2024 among all age groups under review, except for the 35 to 44-year-olds, who recorded a slight decline in internet banking usage compared to the previous year. In 2024, almost 96 percent of Czechs aged 25 to 34 used internet banking.

Survey for the year 2024 was carried out on 5,904 individual persons aged 16+ and 3,850 reached households, the data was subsequently converted through post-stratification with respect to the whole population aged 16 or older which amounted to 8,8 million people and 4,5 million households. CAPI and CATI survey types were used.
