Average electricity end-user tariff in Ghana 2010-2023

As of 2023, the average end-user tariff for electricity customers in Ghana reached 1.35 Ghanaian cedis (GHS) (around 0.09 U.S. dollars) per kilowatt hour. In the preceding year, it stood at 79 Ghanaian pesewas, following the upward trend observed since 2010. That year, 21 Ghanaian pesewas (roughly 0.014 U.S. dollars) were paid for every kilowatt hour of electricity consumed, on average.
