The total order book turnover of securities traded on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange peaked in 2007 at over 2.6 trillion euros, before falling to 1.1 trillion euros in 2009. Since then, the total order book turnover of the Franfurt Stock Exchange fluctuated, but increased overall. In 2023, the total value of share traded on the exchange amounted to nearly 1.2 trillion euros.
