Countries where shoppers last bought online 2024| Statista

China is the market where most consumers worldwide made their last cross-border online purchase, according to a survey conducted in September 2024 in 37 countries globally. Hungarian and Czech cross-border shoppers took the lead, with up to 59 percent of respondents having bought from China the last time they purchased abroad. Digital buyers in Mexico and Canada primarily purchased from the U.S. In turn, Germany was the main market where shoppers in Luxembourg and Austria last bought from when shopping abroad.
