Online retail website visits and orders in Italy 2025, by device

During the first quarter of 2025, smartphones accounted for a staggering 77 percent of retail site visits in Italy and were used to make 66 percent of online shopping orders. Meanwhile, desktop computers generated only 22 percent of retail website traffic but were behind 33 percent of all purchases.
