Vaccine coverage among French children by vaccine 2018
In France, the number of mandatory vaccines increased from three to eleven for children born from January 2018. These vaccines are for Diphtheria, Tetanus, Poliomyelitis, Pertussis, Hemophilus B, Hepatitis B, Meningitis, Pneumococcus, Mumps, Measles, and Rubella. As of 2018, over 98 percent of children aged 24 months received a DTP vaccination (Diphteria, Tetanus, and Pertussis), whereas the meningococcal C immunization stood at 78.6 percent. Nonetheless, certain immunizations can differ on an individual basis due to medical circumstances.
