Overall, the rising costs of travel and economic concerns ranked as the main issues across all regions. Meanwhile, 40 percent of the sample in the European region mentioned compliance with new environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements as the main problem, whereas just 13 percent of respondents in North America agreed with this.
