In 2024, the network security technology most used by companies worldwide was security web gateway (SWG). At the same time, over 56 percent of respondents stated that their company already used intrusion detection/ prevention system (IDS/IPS).
Moreover, the network security technology that most companies planned for acquisition in the next 12 months was a next generation firewall.
