In 2021, the popularity of online shopping continued to grow among the Portuguese population with more than half of respondents using e-commerce to shop, an increase of ***** percentage point compared to the previous year. In the three months prior to the survey interview, already more than ** percent of respondents aged between 16 to 74 years old shopped online.
