Quantity of cargo transported by air in Egypt 2021-2022

The volume of air cargo transported in Egypt amounted to 20,500 metric tons in December 2022. This was the second highest reached volume of cargo transport by air since the beginning of 2021. Over the observed period, the volume of cargo transported via air was highest in December 2021. In the fourth quarter of 2022, the quantity of cargo transported by sea amounted to 43.5 million metric tons.
