Sustainable initiatives travelers would adopt worldwide 2022, by region

A 2022 survey explored the sustainable initiatives that travelers were willing to adopt in Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and Thailand. When asked if they stayed in locally owned accommodation, a combined total of 84 percent of European respondents stated either "yes, and I am already doing it every time", "yes, and I am doing it when I can", or "yes, I would be ready to do it". Meanwhile, the smaller total of 76 percent of U.S. respondents also answered yes in some fashion.
