Between ** and ** percent of real estate investors in a 2024 survey were interested in investing in industrial and logistics real estate during the year. In the U.S., this was the second-most popular property type after multifamily, which was tageted by ** percent of investors. Worldwide, the industrial and logistics real estate sector accounted for the largest value of commercial real estate investments in the fourth quarter of 2023.
