With 37 percent of firms earning less than one million U.S. dollars in annual revenue, deciding not to purchase a cyber insurance policy. Companies earning an annual revenue in a range from 200 million to five billion U.S. dollars were the most likely to take out a cyber insurance policy, with 49 percent of respondents in these two categories stating they have considered insurance and are very likely to do so.

 Companies were from a wide spread of industries, with revenues ranging from one million U.S. dollars to five billion U.S. dollars.
Company sizes ranged from under 10 employees to over 2,500 employees."
