Between October 2023 and September 2024, Ukraine imported roughly 81.1 percent of its used cars. Serbia, second in the ranking, imported around 77.6 percent of its used car market. In contrast, approximately two percent of the United Kingdom's used car market were imports. This was over 16 percentage points less than Italy, which recorded the second-lowest import rate for used cars in Europe during that period.
