Most of the banks with the highest ratios of problem loans in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in 2022 had their headquarters in Montenegro or Albania. NLB Banka's bad loans represented *** percent of their gross loans. On the other side of the spectrum, some Serbian and Hungarian banks had some of the lowest ratios.
