Willingness to use plant-based alternatives in Denmark 2022, by type
A survey conducted in November 2022 found that Danish consumers are the least willing to use plant-based meat and the most willing to use plant-based dips and dressings. In fact, 39 percent of respondents were very willing to use plant-based dips and dressings, while 47 percent were not willing at all to use plant-based meat.
