According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Hong Kong in 2023 on social commerce, ** percent of respondents between the ages of 16 and 24 answered that they purchased things via social media because it was convenient. This was the most common reason across all age groups. Having a sale or promotional code was the second biggest reason for buying via social media.
