In September 2024, the value of development land for offices in outer London fell while that in central locations increased slightly. The prices of land for residential use in outer London were 10.5 percent lower in September 2024 than the year before. The growth rates of greenfield and urban land values in the United Kingdom overall have been quite volatile in the past years.
