In Belgium, the market share of mobile devices increased from 2016 to 2021, when it peaked at nearly 38 percent, before falling to around 31 percent in 2022 and increasing again to 43 percent as of June 2024. By contrast, the market share of desktop devices decreased from over 69 percent in 2016 to around 54 percent in 2024. The tablet market share, which reached just under 10 percent in 2016, decreased gradually to 2.43 percent as of June 2024.
