As of December 2024, approximately 65 percent of public relations (PR) professionals surveyed worldwide said that if they chose to use artificial intelligence (AI) as a tool, it would be most impactful on research and list building. Ideate or brainstorming followed with a share of 62 percent, while 57 percent of respondents mentioned writing first drafts. According to the same study, 75 percent of global PRs already used genAI solutions in the workflow.
