According to an online survey conducted in the United States in May 2023, over half of all Black respondents reported having ever shared or posted something on social media in support of Black Lives Matter. Overall, 24 percent of Hispanic respondents reported having done the same. In addition, 18 percent of white respondents and 22 percent of Asian respondents said they had also posted in support of Black Lives Matter on social media.
