In the first quarter of 2023, the share of malicious e-mails reported by employees worldwide was about eight percent. An additional 15.9 percent of reported malicious e-mail were of the Do No Engage type, which is a type of e-mail defined as suspicious messages requiring interaction with the sender to verify malicious intent.
