In 2024, branded websites were the most preferred online source for global consumers to purchase luxury products, with around 23 percent of respondents. Leading marketplaces were preferred by roughly 18 percent of consumers, while 11 percent admitted that they would never purchase luxury products online.
The study was conducted in the following 20 territories: United States, United Kingdom, China, France, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, India, Indonesia, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa.
