As of November 2022, the leading action taken by restaurants to combat higher costs in the United States was increasing menu prices, with 87 percent of restaurant operators doing so. Meanwhile, a much higher share of FSR operators than QSR operators said that they would change menu items to combat higher costs, at 70 percent vs. 48 percent.
