Non-life insurance premiums, or property and casualty insurance premiums, in Italy grew by more than one billion euros in 2022. In 2022, the value of non-life insurance premiums in Italy reached 20.67 billion euros, up from 19.5 billion euros in the previous year. Motor liability insurance premiums for land vehicles reached 6.3 billion euros and accounted for 30 percent of all non-life insurance premiums in 2022.
