The share of consumers who would be interested in installing an electric vehicle charging station at home in Spain remained stable between 2022 and 2023, at just over a third of respondents. During that same period, 17 percent of consumers in Spain reported having access to charging points at work or to public charging stations, which was among the reasons why they would not install a private home charging point.
