In 2024, the most widely implemented AI tool at the top law firms in the United Kingdom was Microsoft Copilot, with 14 percent of these law firms stating this. Notably, however, almost 40 percent of law firms also said they had not used public tools (e.g. ChatGPT/Bard), perhaps concerned about privacy and security issues.
