In September 2023, most respondents to a survey on the accessibility of public charging points to drivers with disabilities neither agreed nor disagreed that the public electric vehicle charging infrastructure was inaccessible to these drivers, with another four percent reporting they did not know whether public charging was accessible or not. Nearly a quarter of respondents, however, agreed that these charging options were inaccessible to EV drivers with disabilities.
