In 2022, investment in renewable energy in Brazil reached 25 billion U.S. dollars. The country is by far the largest market for renewable energy investments in Latin America. Renewable investments in Chile stood at two billion U.S. dollars, and in Mexico and Colombia reached roughly one billion in each country.
