From 2016 to 2017, Scania saw a period of steady growth in vehicle orders climbing from about 86,000 in 2016 up to about 109,000 in 2017. Through 2018 and 2019, Scania saw decreasing orders from 97,000 orders to 89,000 orders. Vehicle orders rose to 93,000 in 2020, then to 117,000 in 2021, and proceeded to fall to 82,000 in 2022, finally climbing to 84,000 units in 2023, before dropping ot 81,000 in 2024.
