Intelligent automation sectors in Italy 2023

During a 2023 survey conducted in Italy, it was found that most companies used automation technologies in administration and finance, with ** percent of respondents saying so. By contrast, the sectors using it the least were procurement (replenishment and pricing), and research and development, with only **** percent and ***** percent, respectively.
