Between January and March 2023, political advertisements in print in India saw the highest growth which is ** percent in March. Despite fluctuations, political ad insertions in print grew throughout the surveyed period. The surge in political advertising was as a result of assembly elections to be held in five Indian states that year and the general elections looming ahead in 2024.
