An early 2025 global survey focused on the impact of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in the exhibition industry. Overall, more than 80 percent of the sample believed that generative AI will affect sales, marketing, and customer relations as well as research and development. Meanwhile, around half of respondents reported already using AI in such departments.
