In 2024, TVI was the free-to-air (FTA) channel ruling prime time TV in Portugal, with a share of 17.2 percent during the period from 20h00 and 24h00. SIC dominated in the period from 12h00 to 14h00, with 21.4 percent as TV share, while RTP 1 was the most watched FTA TV channel from 07h30 to 12h00.
