According to a survey conducted in 2024, some desired features for streaming services revealed a preference for customization across generations. The most desired feature was the ability to pay only for the channels they want, with nearly half of Gen X consumers indicating the highest interest. Compatibility with other platforms ranked as the second most wished feature.
