Latinos highly engaged with news in the U.S. 2020-2023

Data from a survey held in the United States in late 2023 found that the share of Latino adults who follow the news all or most of the time decreased from ** percent in August 2020 to ** percent in November 2023. Whilst spikes in news consumption were fairly usual in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which could account for the higher level of engagement that year, the drop between 2022 and 2023 was also noticeable at *** percentage points.
