In terms of governmental incentives from the perspective of Swedish consumers, 29 percent of drivers thought a purchase subsidy for new electric vehicles would have a high impact on their decision to drive a fully electric car. In contrast, 16 percent of consumers thought a purchase subsidy for used electric vehicles was not applicable to their purchase decision.
