The demand for meditation apps worldwide witnessed a staggering decrease in 2024, compared to 2018. The number of downloads for mental wellness and meditation app Calm decreased by 61 percent between 2018 and 2024. The Headspace app downloads declined by 74 percent in the same period. Despite their decreasing popularity, both apps ranked as the leading health and meditation apps worldwide in January 2024.
