In 2023, 36 percent of Poles responded that hiring foreign workers has a large positive impact on reducing the shortage of workers in the labor market. Meanwhile, 12 percent of those surveyed stated that the increase in expenditure due to the recruitment of foreign workers only provides a very small benefit.
