During a 2024 survey, it was found that the average age of individuals who had visited a United States casino in the past year was just under 42-years old. This continued the trend of a decreasing average age among casino-goers in the U.S. since 2019.

Participants were asked the following question: "Have you visited a casino in the last 12 months - whether it was to gamble or for some other reason?"

* This is the sample size for all respondents in 2024. The source also stated: "Note that survey waves prior to 2021 were conducted among smaller samples of 1,000 adults age 21+ (not necessarily registered voters)." Meanwhile, the sample size of casino visitors was 986.
