Survey of Gen Z and millennials on the main reasons for choosing an employer in 2023

In March 2023, a survey conducted in Switzerland among Generation Z and millennials showed that a quarter of Generation Z respondents and 27 percent of millennials stated a good work-life-balance was the main reason for choosing their current employer. Therefore, this was the most important factor for both generations. On the other hand, financial incentives appear to have become less important in the employers' choice, as only 17 percent of Generation Z and 20 percent of millennials mark this as their most important factor for choosing an employer.
