Foreseeing personalization strategies in the U.S. and UK 2023
A survey conducted in 2023 in the United States and United Kingdom shows the adoption gap in predictive personalization strategies, where some brands are aware of these strategies, but not all of them are taking action to implement them. Around 75 percent of brands are aware of smart recommendations of products and services based on past behavior, however, about 60 percent of them are deploying it. With tailored content in e-mail communications, there are more brands implementing it (75 percent) than the ones aware of it (73 percent).
