Europe: volume of BEV models available each year 2011-2023

In 2023, there were around 371 battery-electric vehicle models available for buyers in Europe. This was an increase of 46.6 percent compared to the available models recorded in 2022.

The steepest rise in the volume of available models was recorded between 2019 and 2020, when the volume of BEV models on the market nearly tripled.
