In 2024, Facebook had the highest number of daily active users (DAU) among social networking apps on iOS, as over 283 million users worldwide reported accessing the app every day. WhatsApp followed closely with more than 274 million DAU. WeChat ranked third, with over 238 million global users engaging with the app each day.
