U.S. adults on social media platforms used for election news 2024

According to a survey conducted in the United States in August 2024, 36 percent of respondents had used YouTube for election news in the previous four weeks, whilst 32 percent had used Facebook. Overall, one in five respondents had used Donald Trump's Truth Social for news surrounding the 2024 Presidential election.
