Tips and bonuses received by hospitality workers in the UK 2023-2024

In a 2024 survey, 41 percent of workers in the United Kingdom's hospitality industry reported that they had received no tips or bonuses that year. This was a six percent increase from the previous year. On the other end of the scale, four percent of employees said they had received more than 20,000 British pounds in tips and bonuses in 2024.
