According to a survey conducted in October 2024, Amazon Prime was the most popular retail membership service in the United States, with 58 percent of consumers subscribed to it.
Within the food/grocery category, Walmart's membership service offering premium benefits, Walmart+, garnered the highest share of monthly subscribers, at around 25 percent of consumers in the United States. In contrast, around 11 percent of surveyed U.S. shoppers were DashPass members.
At the end of 2023, DoorDash reported that its premium membership service, DashPass, had more than 18 million subscribers.
