Share of retail investment in Europe 2024

Retail investment in six European countries totaled at 26 billion euros by the last quarter of 2024. High street retail investment amounted to 34 percent, while retail warehousing amounted to 41 percent. Investment in shopping centers reached 25 percent of the total investment amount.
