Usage duration of SVOD platforms before unsubscribing in the U.S. and Canada 2024

As of the first quarter of 2024, Netflix had the most loyal paying users in the United States and Canada, with over half of respondents using the service for two or more years. In contrast, 53 percent of Apple TV+ subscribers unsubscribed within less than six months. Similarly, 48 percent of Paramount+ customers used the platform less than half a year.
